At SNS Nails, we want you to be completely satisfied with your professional nail products. If you are not happy with your purchase, you may return unopened and unused items within 30 days of delivery for a full refund.

Return Process

  Contact our customer support team with your order number and the details of the items you wish to return to receive a Return Merchandise Authorization (RMA).

  Secure Packaging

  Carefully pack the unused products in their original packaging to ensure they are protected from damage during transit, as we cannot accept leaked or broken containers.

  Ship the Items

  Affix the provided return shipping label to your package and drop it off at any authorized carrier location, keeping a copy of your tracking number for reference.

  Quality Inspection & Refund

  Once our warehouse receives and inspects your return to confirm the products are in resalable condition, we will process your refund to the original payment method within 5-7 business days.
